Consultation

We schedule a phone call (in-person meetings are available in Dallas!) to chat about everything you are envisioning and which details you would like to include. I’ll send a quotation based on our discussion. Once your ready to move forward, you will sign an agreement and will submit a 50% retainer fee to hold your place on my calendar. I’ll also send you a detailed project timeline so you know what to expect, and when to expect it throughout the process.

Getting Started

Collecting the Details

and Sketch Preview

I’ll send a questionnaire to gather all of your information and inspiration. Then I will get to work on an initial sketches and color palette and will send it for your review.

This is the most fun and collaborative phase, where we get to dream up the details.

Design Review

proof and reviw

Each custom design package includes 3 rounds of proofs where you review the design and data. This is when smaller refinements are made to the overall design and you ensure all of the data is correct. You will receive and approve everything digitally.
